Your opinion on these skin care products?

I have combination skin.
At night, when I shower, I wash my face with Biore ice cleanser. I then use Clean and Clear astringent (the pink stuff) and moisturize with Biore moisturizer with spf 15.
In the mornings, I wipe my face down with a Noxema cleansing pad (orange lid) and put on Aqua CG smoothers tinted moisturizer. (Unless I like my complexion for the day, I use the same moisturizer I use at night.)
Once a week I exfoliate with wexler exfoliating cleanser with acnostat from bath and body works.
Sometimes I see great results with the products, and sometimes I feel like they've done nothing. If you've used any of these products, what was your experience with them?
