Okay, I'm moving to a new school and I want to reinvent myself. I want to lose atleast 10 pounds in like 3 weeks? Is that possible? I don't really care if its not healthy. I'm ready to cut out the sweet stuff, and eat less. I just don't know what excersizes will help me. I do 35 bicycles, then 35 crunches, then 35 leg lifts, then I do 30 of each. Then I do 25 of each. Then I do 20, then 15, then 10, then 5. I do that in the morning and afternoon. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin, and I don't want to be judged on my weight. I am about 140 pounds, and 5'4''. My biggest problem is my stomach. So if anyone can tell me anything that will help then that would be great! Please and Thanks. and please don't say use the acacia berry thing…ive tried and it doesnt work. i just want something that i can do and stick to. Please and Thanks!

it may be possible, but its not healthy at all. if u lose weight too fast, u will have lose skin which will be very, very, ugly n u will have ugly ugly stretch marks…i know cos my friend is like that. do u want stretch marks? u cant wear a bikini u know…oh well, what i can say is crash n feverish diet is not good, cos u may relapse n get way fatter than before. swimming, martial arts, group sports will be better in keeping the weight…so, if u r bored with just excercising by ur self do this…u can eat less by having smaller plate, n fill that plate with vegies, drink galons of water to ward off hunger, eat 6 times a day but with tiny portion, DONT drink fizzy drink nor eat energy bar (full of calories!), sleep early ( not enough sleep make metabolism slower) drink milk n do skipping to get taller n develop great breast. what else? buy that skinthight undies that will sculpt ur bodyn dont forget the overall beauty, hygine, dress…had u reinvent ur dresscode yet? know how to apply makeup? u should try subscribe to shine or 17 or whatever… they have great tips
you can try doing sit ups but when you first doing it, you get alot of pain so jsut to let you know that but after the pain stops, you need to do it everyday so there is no pain but if you do it like 1 day then skip a few days and do it again, you'll have the pain back againand doing sit ups is a good way to lose stomach fat
If you can afford it, try Weight Watchers. It works for me.
