Will this help me? 10 points to best answer!?

Okay, I'm moving to a new school and I want to reinvent myself. I want to lose atleast 10 pounds in like 3 weeks? Is that possible? I don't really care if its not healthy. I'm ready to cut out the sweet stuff, and eat less. I just don't know what excersizes will help me. I do 35 bicycles, then 35 crunches, then 35 leg lifts, then I do 30 of each. Then I do 25 of each. Then I do 20, then 15, then 10, then 5. I do that in the morning and afternoon. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin, and I don't want to be judged on my weight. I am about 140 pounds, and 5'4''. My biggest problem is my stomach. So if anyone can tell me anything that will help then that would be great! Please and Thanks. and please don't say use the acacia berry thing…ive tried and it doesnt work. i just want something that i can do and stick to. Please and Thanks!
