Why is he still annoyed we broke up 3 mnths ago?

He's still annoyed from our break up, depressed not taking care of himself, dark around his eyes, his skin is white, very messy hair, his clothes look dirty and he's grown fat. We've been talking for 3 yrs, he turned emo for a while and aggressive with his friends. He faked a relationship with a girl i thought he liked, she broke it off 4 days later saying it was only a prank. He uploaded photos i fixed for him since he grew interest in photography while he saw my photographs, when i insulted him bout it (which he runs away everytime i insult him) he hasnt uploaded new photos ever since, its been a month
