Why do races usually hate on themselfs!?

I LOVVVEEE the tyra show but i noticed alot of times the topic has to do with race and most of the time it is about women who hate men in their own race or hate their hair or skin or hate the way other people in their race act. I dont understand why its like that i mean do all black girls really feel like they hate their hair if it is kinky? And that mono lid asian eyes are unattractive cuz their unique and not like other races eyes? I havent really seen all the hype about straight hair or having ordinary eyes being the ONLY form of beauty. It seems like all of these racial self esteem issues stem from them not liking themselfs and blaming other races for it? I mean we live in the year 2009 I feel that every race is accepted and embraced in todays society. Maybe thats just me? My best friend is asian and i think most asian and indian girls are pretty almost every black girl i went to school with always dressed nice and wore their hair in weaves or had it relaxed and kept it up in a pony tale. I never saw any girl walking around with ungroomed nappy hair they kept it neat and nice. Ive seen pretty blonde haired blue eyes girls and pretty dark haired white girls I think its all in a very few indivuduals heads i really do because if you lack selfesteem you appear insecure and that makes you less attractive not the actual physical features you have plus some women on tyra were like oh white girls dont have to do nothing they are just considered pretty there are plenty of white girls with big noses flat chest all of the same diverse things that are considered umpleasant or unnatractive… White people are dominate in america but we are a minority within the world therefore, other ethnicitys are more then capable of outmarketing us and convincing mainstream america that a more exotic look is desired. Infact all the models in music videos are either black hispanic or asian and very curvy. I think that people need to learn techniques to emphasize their own beauty and not conform to what they think others see as beautiful. what do you think?
