   isn't it mormons who go house to house 'recruiting' people into their religion?as it said that god as turned men to black, or dark. but this: enticing unto my people the Lord God did cause a skin of blackness to come upon them. could also mean the 'black plague'. people misinterpret scriptures, almost all the time.

   LDS don't hate anybody – http://www.blacklds.org/ here's a link – educate yourselfBoM – not even about blacks – it is based in the americasas to these passages – you misread it, or at least misinterpreted it, but some LDS do as well. the phrase about darkness was metaphorical (you can find examples of this usage in ancient near-East writings, including the Bible). the reference is not used to apply to blacks or other ethnic groups, nor is it meant to imply that skin color is a measure of righteousness or acceptability before God.

    That is why I left the Mormon Church. People like Glenn Beck who are Mormons, and who are anti-Obama, still carry with them that belief that Black people are less than white people. If you look into their beliefs regarding the after-life, you will see what I mean.If you go into my profile and search for my Answers regarding my involvement with this Church, you will understand a little more about my involvement with this particular belief . I think you will find it very interesting.However, I do not "hate" or get frustrated any more. They have a serious problem in their belief system, and any day now they will turn around and say God" has changed his mind and now allows———-" which is what happened in my case.
