   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters I think you yourself are black with all the ranting and raving you do about blacks on here. Their skin ages it is just not as obvious as the lighter complexions. You also do know that those pictures have been airbrushed lmfao!

   my teacher said because of melanin. here is some info i found:black skin has larger melanosomes (cells that determine skin color) and the melanosomes contain more of the pigment melanin than those found in white skin. Because of the protective effect of melanin, blacks are better protected against skin cancer and premature wrinkling from sun exposure.It is well known that melanin in brown skin provides protection from the ravages of aging due to ultraviolet light (UVL). In fact, the melanin in black skin provides a natural sun protection factor (SPF) of about 13.4 as compared to 3.4 for white skin. This natural protection from the sun means less damage to the skin and fewer signs of aging. In addition, the changes that do occur as black skin ages are often delayed so they occur at a later age as compared to whites.

   I don't know either. My mom's face literrally hasn't changed in more than 10 years. You can look at a photo of her from 1995 and she still looks the same. I think it's a blessing personally. All these people that always look down on darkskinned and even lightskin blacks. They say they're glad they are not black. But they look 60 at age 40. And they get skin cancer and sun burn.

   I agree, black women like Angela Bassett don't have any wrinkles and she's almost 50! White people at age 50 look like their in their mid 60's!90% of whites also have extremely thin lips that you can barely see, which makes them look angry all the time. Poor whites, no wonder why they need a plastic surgeon at hand.

   Neo, thank you. I was a bit in doubt as to whether or not you hated us Black women. Clears that up..lolAnyway, it's melanin. But Black skin can be damaged…especially with moles and bad texture.All women are beautiful and skin that is cared for is beautiful skin. More Black women are eating whole foods again, using wrinkle prevention products, and even avoiding the sun without sunscreen.Women like Gabrielle Union and Halle Berry to who avoid the sun unless they have sunscreen have the best skin.    White skin is much thinner and fragile and loses it's firmness after a while, so their skin tends to show every single flaw. Which makes me wonder why so many white people choose to smoke cigarettes because it just makes them age even faster.

    well the reason why black (or mixed black) dont age badly it's because of melanin. Also, they have thicker skin, which retains moisture in the face and neckAsians are also very good agers due to their eye shape not showing crows feet and then the melanin/skin thickness.White people with fragile/thin skin age faster. That's why it is a necessity to moisturize the faceALSO some white people age wonderfully..The ones in cold climates.
