Which nationality/group has the best looking women?

I'm interested in the general consensus. Society and fashion tends to push one conventional look i.e. the stick insect thin and tall figure but is beauty really in the eye of the beholder. Surely the advertising agencies must be onto something otherwise they would lose millions backing the wrong look. But do they have a particular agenda to push one look even if it means losing market share. I'm not interested in turning this into a free for all slagging of one group/nationality in favor of another, but merely wishing to explore peoples idea of beauty and whether one group/nationality can credibly be said to have more beautiful women. The basis is diferrent nationalities certainly look different in terms of height, proportions, bone structure, and of course (as Im sure a strange minority of you would most want me to stress, for reasons I don't entirely understand) skin colour. I am also not interested in extrapolating the question to include men as they only figure as distant seconds in the field of fashion.
