Which hairstyle do you think I would suit, judging from my description?

I have very light skin, but I wouldn't go so far as to say ivory skin as I have brown "beauty marks". I have green-blue, almond shaped eyes, plump lips and a "bright, pretty smile" (not my words). I don't know if height matters but I am reasonably tall for my age and "curvy" (again, not my words). By the way, it's not me in the profile picture.

I currently have long and straight, dark blonde hair that reaches the bottom of my back.

I was thinking of cutting it to just below my shoulders and going a dark-ish brown with side bangs/fringe.
I was also considering going red.

Should I leave my hair as it is?
Or cut it shorter and go brown?
Any suggestions?
