   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Call the nearest University Medical Center and make an appointment at the Dermatology Clinic. You may have to wait awhile to get in but you will get the best, most up to date care at a teaching hospital or a clinic attached to a teaching hospital.

   You didn't mention what your skin problem is, but i'm suspecting that it's acne. I find it very difficult to believe that you've been to so many dermatologists without any help. (Of course, any non-dermatologist that you might have seen don't count.) You didn't mention what remedies were offerred to you.    First you need to be specific about your face problems. I`ve read about Accutane for serious skin disorders but its side effects are STRONG and need to be suppervised. It is not recommended easily and ussualy. I also have embarrassing skin problems with acnes for years but I didn`t think about suicide. You didn`t mention are you a male or a female? Maybe to check your hormones if sebum and acne are the problem. Contact real help.Good luck

   Ask a derm to prescribe Accutane. I'm sure you've been down the Benzoyl Peroxide path. Accutane is rough, bunch of bad side effects, but it is effective. Look into it.
