   Accidents and tickets will stay on your driving record for 3 years. https://web01.dps.louisiana.gov/omvfaqs.…So the accident will fall from your record in 2 years (along with that improper lane usage ticket) and your speeding ticket should not effect your rates right now since this occurred over 3 years ago.Do you know how much was paid out in the at-fault accident a year ago? The amount paid out can effect your insurance quote if the damage was over $1,000 that was paid out for the accident. Also because of the fact that you are still considered a youthful operator does make the premium higher. When you turn 25 is typically when you are considered an "adult driver" (from an insurance perspective) and you should see a significant difference in the quotes when you turn 25 (as long as you keep a good driving record- no tickets no more accidents!).Another thing that could make the premium more is the coverages that you need. For example, if you are trying to get a loan on a car, you will need to have comprehensive and collision coverage which will make the premium more expensive than if you just had liability coverage. Also the year, make and model of the vehicle also play a factor in premium along with your credit! If you have bad credit, your insurance will be a littler higher than if you had good credit.    Probably around the 25 mark. Most insurance companies will lower your premium around the age of 25. Considering the fact that you've gotten 2 tickets, and have caused an accident, your premium is meant to be high. Be happy you aren't a guy, I pay $430/month and I have 0 tickets, no accidents other than being rear ended while I was stopped at a red light and I'm only a couple of years younger than yourself.
