well first off latina women aren't really the only ones with tan skin, many more naturally tan skined people are from the pacific islands, asia, etc. also the majority of models (who are very beautiful) are non latina so i'm thinking it's not really the whole latina look they want. i'm thinking it might relate to how everyone wants to look sun kissed with blonde hair, the tan skin is just part of that look(although some don't have the blonde hair) . additionally, the majority of the population has black/brown hair and tan skin tends to compliment those darker features and keeps them from looking too washed out. hope this helps ? =]

Where have you been all your life? They always have, and always will…! Ask your ancestors.
Last i knew, it didn't matter what color your skin is, if you're ugly, you're ugly. And a crappy attitude makes you ugly!
When hasn't she been?
they did?

Aspect of beauty? I don't think so! Some latina girls are pretty. But their definately not the aspect of beauty. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
