i drink beer and smoke cigarettes exercise 4 days a week,it works for me. Source(s): my mirror i look marvelous
I moisturize every day and I use cellulite lotion every day to prevent cellulite! Just make sure you exfoliate and moisturize!
Bio oil in the bath keeps your skin supple, Palmer's cocoa butter makes your skin so soft and smooth and when moisturizing do upward strokes towards your heart to get your circulation going.i use sudocreme on my spots it helps heal them.
I use a little vaseline on my eyelashes
i steam my face a lot and use plain yogruit to make a little mask kinda thing
answer mine? pics included!
1. Exfoliate: Find an exfoliant that's right for your skin type and use it regularly. I love Ocean Salt by Lush and Cocoa Butter Scrub by Queen Helene. Nothing feels nicer than freshly exfoliated skin, dead skin cells are removed before they can build up into blackheads and acne, and it keeps blood circulating and boosts collagen so your skin stays young-looking. Don't forget your body – either a scrub or a good bath sponge will do wonders.2. Moisturize: Even if you have oily skin. Even if you have acne. No excuses. If you live in a dry climate, try Jet Travel by BioElements. Cetaphil is a fantastic choice for any skin type. 3. Use sunscreen: Once you lose that soft, velvety, glowing teen skin, it doesn't come back, and there's no surgery that can bring it back. Skin cancer concerns aside, sunburn/peel/sunburn/peel is a recipe for old-looking skin, enlarged pores, and uneven coloring. Wear sunscreen on your T-zone every day, and all over when planning serious sun time.4. Matte-ify: If you (like every other teen in the universe) have an oily T-zone, try L'Occitane's Rice Ultra-Matte Face Fluid. It has a lovely feel and looks fantastic – perfect for a lightly made-up look without the hassle of foundation. Source(s): Personal Experience, Dermatologist
it is good to use a good moisturizer and SUNSCREEN from your teens, but anti aging products?young skin does not need "anti-aging" pasting cream on top of your adolescent skin has absolutely no effect on processes which only start in your late 20's.Except maybe to cause allergies, breakouts and povertyI started using anti-aging products at around age 25 and I definitely don't have wrinkles, ten years later.
