   Drink tons of water, it’ll clear out your system and help your acne to a degree! and i mean a TON of water!

   It sounds like you use too many different kinds of products! but if your skin is already hooked on those then don’t change it! It’d be really helpful to buy a product with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.
   I really like spot treatments, but if you can’t, and can’t borrow a friend’s, then sorry!

   Get a lot of sleep!

   Remember to wash your face in the morning, and and night! Use your oxy pads last because it sounds like they have the most salicylic acid in them and if you use the Wave afterwards, you’re probably washing it right off!

   So use that last and focus on the places with the most acne!
   But don’t forget to moisturize!
