Oh my gosh, it isn't just me! Im using the clinique 3 step thing (the one for anti blemishes) and it is making the acne worse, and it is drying my skin out too! I have only used it four times as well. Not good. So what I suggest is going to the doctors to get it sorted out. I am gonna go to the doctors too. The idea of it is VERY embarrassing, but if it is gonna clear up your skin fast and permanently, surely it is worth it? My sister told me about her friend who used to have awful acne, and she went to the doctors and now she has lovely skin! He gave her some tablets to take. Acne can be caused by overproduction of a certain hormone, so the tablets he gave her stopped this hormone being produced so much and voila! Clear skin! I hated the idea at first but now I can't wait to get down to the docters (just waiting for all the snow to clear!)I know that it sounds cringy, but think about it, ok? Hope I helped and good luck
i HAD really bad acne but i visited my doctor and he perscribed tablets called minomycine and a cream containing 10% benzol peroxidebtw im not 100% sure on the spellings but if you pronounce it the way its spelt when asking the doctor about it he/she will know what your talking about (dont belive me type in minomycine and/or benzol perixide on google)
You should definitely see a dermatologist if your acne is really bad, sometimes using all those products can make it worst. I use neutrogena oil free acne face wash and since its oil free it dries out my skin a bit which is okay as long as you rehydrate your skin, i use a baby lotion for sensitive skin. hope this helps =)
Proactiv by far the best thing I've ever tried (it's the only thing that has ever worked for me), and I also use some of the Tea Tree Oil products from the Body Shop. My skin is looking so much clearer since I started.Anyone answer mine? http://au.answers.yahoo0o0com/question/ind…and http://au.answers.yahoo0o0com/question/ind…
omg i used that clinique 3 step aswell! and ino how you feel about the toner. bleh.but i have tried everything and asolutely nothing works whatsoever. so now i just use a dove cleanser, it doesnt help the pimples but neither does a 200 dollar face system.
I have found some good tips in following link, It may be good for you toohttp://www.beautifulhamesha0o0com/Acne.php

Use shampoo! suave professionals biobasics for damaged hair is a good example. its cheap and you have a lot of it, and at the same time it gets rid of all the oil and grease, helping zits fade. however, many shampoos contain lauryl sulfates which can damage your skin. Change your pillow case every week. You sleep on it! Most of your germs and bacteria are passed onto your pillow case and back onto your skin…. making acne worse. Take Minocycline. Minocycline is an antibiotic which kills bacteria. Minocycline should be taken with caution, however, as it has been show to damage the thyroid gland, liver, and hair. It makes skin sensitive and lowers the body's resistance to pathogens. If you do choose to take minocyline, make sure to get bloodwork every six months at the doctor's office to monitor your health. Get good nutrition. These top five nutrients have been shown to have a very positive effect on your skin and in treating acne. These nutrients, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin E, selenium and chromium, can pack a powerful punch in your acne war.Zinc – Zinc is the Acne stopper. It works in several ways to both treat acne and prevent it. It helps the body regulate certain hormones which prevents acne, but it also helps with wound healing, tissue regeneration and boosting the body's immune system. Most people in the United States actually have a marginal zinc deficiency, but you can get zinc from many of your favorite foods, such as seeds, nuts, legumes and whole grains. Vitamin A – Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that helps you have beautiful, healthy hair and skin. You can find vitamin A from fruits and vegetables. Dark green vegetables and deep yellow vegetables as fruits give you a good dose of vitamin A by providing carotenes. Oatmeal is a good source of vitamin A, as well as cantaloupe, honeydew melon, broccoli, spinach and sweet potato. Liver contains a megadosis: watch out, vitamin A is stored in the body and you can actually get vitamin A poisoning. Good Luck!
