Okay, him and I have done and said everything a regular couple would except for the official "I like you". His ex came back to the state and I didn't like it but I didn't argue with him, I told him to go see her. They started talking and debating going out, he told her he doesn't wanna be with her and she left. I care so much about this boy, but I'm so scared to tell him. He's got an outgoing personality and is careless about so much, he's the popular guy and I'm scared he's gonna become careless about me and never talk to me again.
