   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Well for starters you should get a really good face wash and moisturizer I use oil of olay cleanser with a built in toner and cucumber extract sence your a beginner I would suggest getting cheaper makeups because its gonna be alot of trial and error. Ross sells 36 color pallets for like 5 bucks or something and they arent bad. Invest in some eyeshadow brushes walgreens sells a brand called eco tools and it has 5 brushes for 10 dollars they are good and all you would need to start out. For your lips I would suggest a tinted gloss and eye liner I would suggest the retractable ones because they are easier to go on. I wouldnt suggest foundation unless you have some blemishes or uneven skin tone and your trying to conceal.    I am sure your eyes are lovely, so you don't need eye liner. You could use a VERY light shimmery white eye shadow. You could also use a little shimmer/light bronzer and a soft blush. A pale lip gloss would be good.Due to your age, the lighter the better. You don't want people to look at your make-up, but to see your eyes and natural beauty!
