What tattoo should i get? And where?

Im almost 18 and i have been waiting to get my first tattoo since i was like 12. The problem is I don't want to get something I regret i want it to be sick and special forevaa. I was thinking like on the lower back side of my arm (like the whole wrist area). Im artistic so maybe a sick flower swirl or something ahh idk. M

y dad doesn't want me to get one there because he thinks it will affect my job opportunities in the future but my personal opinion on skin is that it shouldn't be taken that seriously and I want tats and I DGAF who cares (plus i can cover it up with makeup if i have to). But maybe i should get a smaller tattoo first like on my neck or back..? THANKs for any input!!
