What should my skin care regimen be at my age?
I am a 23 year old female. What regime should I be doing? Anti aging stuff now or what? What creams, moisturizers, etc. Help, I'm clueless about this stuff

I think it depends on what time of skin you have. ie oily, dry or what not. I use just a daily wash, toner and moisturizer and that seems to help a lot. I use a skin care product developed in Switzerland ( that my mom suggested) so the ingredients are much better then what you'd get here in the US. I can get info on it if you like. She would have suggested regiments and products.

Analyze your skin and identify your skin type: dry, Oily, combination, normal and sensitive. Then, you can try various products to see which ones suit you. There is a lot of hit and trial in this. If you want to use toner, you can go for one. But, basically, toners are useless. You can buy a moisturizer which suits your skin. Again a hit and trial.
