   there's this thing by Clinique that my sister has. it's like a toner. and they have alot of toners out. but i'd go to the mall and to the Clinque store or go on their website. i'm sure they have it.

   The main reason for having an uneven skin tone is blemishes. So acne and black head remover like proactive can be a start. If you have freckles those can be from sundamage or you could be born with them. You cant remove freckles with surgery but a nice powder foundation can help even your face skin tone and still look natural.
