Okay so it's for a story I'm writing but I won't bore you with plots and details I'll just give you a background of the girl so you can visualize her.

She's about 14 years old. She has long brown hair which she usually straightens and puts a head band in. She has an average skin-tone, she is Caucasian. She is around 5'0 tall and thin. She is shy and skittish on account of her history and has big blue eyes. She wears a little bit of make-up but only to cover the bruises. She is very mature and has only a handful of friends. She gets straight As and plays the piano well. She's usually dressed in jeans and t-shirts unless it's for school then she's dressed in a white shirt, a blue and silvery coloured striped tie, a knee high grey skirt and a pair of black ballet flats with white socks.

Okay about her history. She's an orphan to begin with. Her mother was an only child and came from a very stuck up rich family she attended the most expensive private school in district etc etc. She grew up a very sick child suffering from a heart condition she was born with, it's hereditary and her twin sister died of it when they were a few days old. Her mother had hundreds of operations throughout childhood, was on a strict diet and exercise regime. She wasn't allowed to run around with all the other kids or join sporting teams at school so she had no friends.

The girl's father on the other hand came from a family of Scottish immigrants, he immigrated with his parents and younger brother. But unfortunately his parents died when he was 6 and his brother was 4 in a three car pile up (a semi was involved). He and his brother were sent to live in foster care and were never adopted. Both boys went to the local public school and neither had friends because of the fact that they were foreign orphans in foster care. The father was very clever and good with his hands but had poor hand-eye coordination and the only sport he could master was swimming.

The pair met at a local dance when they were both 16 and dated for 2 years until at 18 they decided to marry. The mother's parents told her they would disown her if she married someone in a lower class (I know it sounds like 17th centuryish but that's the kind of people they were). But they married anyway and the girl's mother was disowned from the family.

At 19 the mother fell pregnant with the girl. It was a difficult birth and the mother suffered a cardiac arrest during childbirth and died, the baby almost did too. The father tried his best to make ends meet and managed to send the girl to a private school where despite being motherless unlike her peers she was happy. But when the girl was 8 her father discovered he had terminal colon cancer and died before he could figure out what happened to his 8 year old daughter. He died just after the girl turned 9 and the girl was put into foster care and lived with a nice young couple for about 4 months, the couple wished to adopt her but this wouldn't be so. the authorities managed to track down her father's brother a man the girl had only met a few times. He got custody, being the only biological family member left in the country.

Her uncle is a lawyer and highly successful in the world of lawyers and all the rest of it. But on the inside he is a bad-tempered man who drinks too much he is also a pedophile. He is very controlling over the girl, increasing her half hour piano lesson to an hour one and makes her practice an hour a day. He expects straight As 24/7, she is not allowed out with friends or to join any school clubs, he even controls how much she eats by weighing her food. He controls every tiny aspect of her life. She has to clean the house as well while he is either at work or in the living room drinking. Her punishment if she breaks one of his 250 rules (no joke) is being beaten, kicked in the head, punched in the face. He rapes her nightly and she is forced to wear make-up by age nine in order to cover it up.

When he gets especially mad at her he makes her do chores from when she gets home from school till about 10 pm then he beats her until she is barely conscious and bleeding sometimes with broken ribs and definitely heavy bruising. He drags her by her hair into the "Workroom", a room with concrete for floor and no furniture except a tiny window about a foot above her head (it used to store some of her father's things, he was a hoarder). He leaves her in there with no food and water for a few hours and then comes back in and rapes her before leaving her in there sometimes for the whole weekend.

She is constantly coming up with excuses to explain her injuries, reluctance to be involved in school activities and skittishness. But anyway this is the girl and her history.
