My philosophy for skin care is to keep it simple and pure. I use very gentle, natural and Ph-balanced products, and am careful to not be too aggressive and strip my skin of the oils it needs. Morning Routine:Exercising wakes up my brain and shakes the tiredness out of my bones, and it helps to keep my skin healthy and clear, so I devote a solid hour to most mornings. I usually do yoga, my barre work, and a bit of dancing in the winter. In high school I typically spent under 10 minutes getting ready because I just took a quick shower and then threw on my uniform, and didn't bother with makeup or doing any more to my hair than a fast blow-dry, but this year I'm interning and am trying to look a bit more polished and professional, so it takes around half an hour or so. I wash my face in the shower, then pop out and apply a moisturizing SPF to my face and body lotion, brush my teeth and put on Listerine dissolving whitening strips. I shape my brows and apply a fast-drying polish (my nails chip so quickly I have to do in the morning), then dry my hair with a round-brush. I put on my makeup, get dressed, spritz on perfume, and dash out the door. Evening routine: I often take another shower or a chillaxing bath because I dance at night, and will leave in deep conditioner a few times a week while I'm in there. Afterwards I wash my face, and three times a week in the winter I use a gentle exfoliator; I only use it once a week in the summer when there is less dry skin to slough. I always use a night moisturizer and dot on eye cream. I use a face mask weekly, and sometimes twice if I feel it's needed, and also rub a cotton ball soaked in champagne over my face once a week. The champagne is an awesome, gentle tonic for your skin that detoxifies it without over-stripping, and it smells lovely. I don't break out, but I do get dry batches in harsher weather (I'm currently in the UK), and will apply a mask of Manuka honey with a high UMF factor when that happens. I'm a vegan and usually don't use animal products, but the honey is a fantastic antibacterial, and does an excellent job at soothing and moisturizing your skin. I'm a freak about my teeth and floss, brush with an electric toothbrush, and use mouthwash. In the morning I use the clean n clear morning burst, then I walk around the house for like 5 minutes and then I have a prescription cream that's really good. At night time I use a minty mask and i put a thin layer and leave it for 15 minutes, I take a shower and when I come out I dry my face with those face pads and I put more of that cream. I am 14 so getting zits is really easy so I try to use natural make up and I wash my make up off just a face cleanser right after I'm not. In the morning it takes less than 10 minutes, at night with my shower and the mask about 45-ish.
To shower, do hair and makeup and get dressed takes me like an hour and a half in the morning. In the morning, I wash my face in the shower and I use toner with salicylic acid, and then I use Bare Escentuals moisturizer. At night I use the same products plus spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide. And I have some small zits that you can't really see. I get big gross zits if I don't take care of my skin.
I weekly exfoliate. I just use an acne wash from Clean and Clear. I sometimes use my toner from Vichy if I wore foundation that day. I only use my moisturizer when my skin feels dry and flaky. Yes I have zits, who doesn't? I have dark blemishes left from picking at them.In the morning it takes me close to an hour to do my skin stuff, make up, hair, and clothes.
It takes me about 30 minutes to get totally ready in the morningUsually an hour at night-I use prescribed stuff in the morning because I absolutely cannot have 1 zit for cheer-I also use Acnefree. It workss**I have one zit now, but thats ok because it is Christmas break (:
I use Asha skin care products and Jane Iredale make up.I use a cleanser in the morning. Then a spritz toner. Then a mosturizer. All Asha. And in the night I use all the same except the toner.Yes I get zits. Don't we all?It takes me about a hour to get ready.
in the mornings i wake up wash my face with clinique face wash. wash it off. let it dry for like 10 minutes then put clinique lotion on my face. my dermatologist told me not to use the toner. after that i put on smashbox no shine cream stuff on my nose so it doesnt get oily. at night i wash my face with the same stuff then put this cream on my dermatologist gave me. i have black head but i only get 2 or 3 zits a month on my forehead. and im 15 btw.
I take like 30 minutes to get ready. I use organic cleansers- alba brands.I'm one of the lucky people who gets one zit every 3 months at night i use dove makeup remover wipes and then i wash my face with the same products.i exfoliate once a week with oatmeal and honey on my face.
I wash my face daily, with whatever brand I have. (usually Ivory, which is gentle) then I get dressed and eat and brush my teeth etc… all of that combined takes me 35 minutes or so. No, I only get zits sometimes around my period, it's not that bad.
I only wash my face when I take a shower in the mornings. I use that Neutrogena pink grapefruit scrub stuff. I get quite a lot of zits. And then I absentmindedly pick at them and so now I have a bunch of scabs all over my face.
About 30-40 minutes. (:I don't really use a specific brand. I use whatever's available at home. I seldom have zits. I have blackheads on my nose though. =\
No skin care.Just washing my face when i get up is pretty much it… and i have no pimples My dad says exercise is good for your skin, so that's what i do.
