Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Well you know everyone swears by proactive now, but i found that there's a system called Acne Free and it works, at least 4 me it did. Plus it's way cheaper, you can get it at Walmart. It's in an orange box. Source(s): Personal experience
Hi, I spent a fortunate on skin care products, only one product stood out from the rest and that was Top Shirley Medicated Cream. My friend recommended it to me, it really cleared my acne and pimples, and it faded my acne scars. It's very gently cream which left my skin soft, and the best bit was that once I stopped using the cream my acne never returned. Source(s): http://www.shirleycream.co.uk – this is where I brought my cream from.
I'd recommend using Hydroviton CR which is a medicated cleanser that contains organic micro-spheres that penetrate to the deepest layers of the skin to deeply moisturize, while at the same time removing toxins, bacteria, and regulating sebum production. It is the ideal cleanser for acne sufferers that provides immediate results.http://www.naturalwellbeing0o0com/hydrovit…
If your pores are simply clogged and the acne isn't hormonal, I can recommend the Dr. Ci Labo products at: http://www.cilabousa0o0com/They're a bit expensive, but I found the cleansing and blemish control gel in the Basic Black line were quite nice. The cleansing stuff says it's a makeup remover, but it does, you know, CLEAN your face. But there is always the soap too. I used to get this stuff as a trial kit and never tried the soap. Perhaps it works. Source(s): Nasty makeup clogged up my face and this stuff made the evil go away.
Hi, there is a new approach to acne called UPunclog pores, you just put the 2 parts on your face and they mix together to remove the dead skin blocking the pore and then natural cleansers go in for a deep clean. You can check it out at http://www.upskinproducts0o0com. Hope this helps.

There really isn't a best acne treatment since everyone's skin is different so try a few things out and see what works. Best of luck and acne sucks!:)
