   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters No7 Protect and Perfect is really good as well as No7 Protect and Perfect intense, but I think this is only sold in the UK. But it has been in the papers everywhere saying it's fantastic….as well as for under make-up. I work in the store it is sold and it is certainly the item I sell most of!

   Bonjour Rose,Your first question is on “a moisturizer to wear under makeup” then you mentioned that you are in fact open to investing in “top” skin care products. I would say that it’s best to have a good skin care regimen, not just a moisturizer so I hope I can help you. Although I live in Paris, France I have a medical spa/aesthetic center in NY and a wellness/skin care business in London. I want to give you legitimate advices and not sell you anything. On the contrary, what I suggest is that you try several product lines till you find what’s suitable for you. There are many good products but unfortunately, even the best ones can be a “no-fit”, especially for one with fragile skin (and I don’t know if this is your case). Just remember that when you choose a product line, you should take into account the following:1. anti-aging: once a woman reaches the relatively young age of 30, she should already start a skin care regimen that can protect her from aging. It has been said that aging is 10% intrinsic (biological aging) and 90% actinic (environmental aging)2. botanically-based: look at the list of ingredients and settle for a more vegan line as opposed to chemicals since the latter do us more harm than good. In the process of choosing the best product line suitable for your skin, I can even LEND you (not SELL) some real Swiss-formulated but made in America products with 9 key botanically based anti-aging elements. Try these for a week (return them afterwards). This offer applies only if you live in the NY/NJ/CT area, Paris or London.
