If you currrently do not have insurance, you will be considered to be a high risk. If you have any points on your license, or previeous claims, you again are a high risk.In MD there is an insurance compay of last resort called the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund. They were established by the state govenment when the manditory insurance law was passed, and they are required to insure any driver. They are extremely expensive, because they are covering the highest risk drivers.Your car is a Dodge. Dodge is part of Chrysler. Without knowing your history, it is just a guess as to the cost of insurance.    There is no average insurance. Price depends on a variety of factors and that's why you are asked a variety of information.But if you want an average, then let's say $200 for the cheapest a 20 year old will ever get to about $1500 for the most expensive a 20 year old will ever get, but even that is not correct as if you insure your Dodge for damage and you value it $50.000 due to special features, it will then cost way more than $1500 to insure.Anyone that thumbs me down can ki$s my b@tt.
