What is "secret cocoon"?
I read a paragraph which describes the beauty and tenderness of a woman with nobility.
It said, "She had the most vivid blue eyes, hair the colour of late summer straw, skin that shone with health and a soft, sibilant voice that seemed to enfold you in a secret cocoon, as if you and she were the only people in the world."
What could "secret cocoon" refer to….? Do native English speaker use "secret cocoon" ?

It is not an expression I have come across before, so presumably it is not in common use. However, look at the alliteration in "soft, sibilant voice". The "s" has a sliky feel and this is carried through to the metaphor of the "secret cocoon". The effect of this woman is to beguile those she comes across, in a lovely, charming way which makes them feel good, and enfold them in her snare so that they feel that they and she are in a world of their own.
This is just in a poetic context, no one in their right mind would say that in everyday speech. In this case Secret Cocoon is just a poetic way of say that her voice shuts you out from the world as if she were the only one there. A cocoon is by definition:"The silky envelope spun by the larvae of many insects, as silkworms, serving as a covering while they are in the pupal stage."
