What is agood way to meet good guys?

Hey Guys!

i'm 17 && I am so sick ant tired of the guys at school.

there are great guys but they don't get out of their little circle of friends.
& some of my white friends (guy) want nothing more than friendship.its strange b/c im not used to caring about the race but now im starting to.im a light skin black girl.
very smart & athletic but for some reason it seems so hard to find the right guy.

Where do people meet guys/or girls
that could potentially be ur bf/gf.
