   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Sounds like to me you have skin condition called "Keratosis Pilaris" commonly know as "Chicken Skin." Unfortunately, this is a genetic condition… so there's not much you can do for it. If you are still young, there's a chance of you outgrowing it.
