What do you think about Olay for a skin care product? Face and body?
I got some for lotions and body washes from them for Christmas and they seem really good for being a drug store brand. I went on their website and it asked questions about your skin type, what you wanted etc, and suggested some things that might work well for me. I am looking into a new face wash and moisturizer. The types they suggested for me seem great and just what I wanted.
So what do you think of this product for a drug store brand? Would you recommend I use them for my face and if not what would you recommend and why?
My results:
Olay smooth skin cream scrub
Olay complete defense daily UV facial moisturizer SPF 30 – sensitive skin
Thank you!

Olay is a very good Brand. The two drugstore brands that are department store quality are ROC and Olay.Olay is very effective, treats specific skin issues or whatever your target is.I do recommend you use them.I've used the Skin consultation on the Olay website to figure out what products were best for my skin type, and it worked well.My issue was acne and oily skin. The moisturizers work very well.Currently,I'm using Olay Intensive Nourishing Night Cream with Alpha Hydroxy
RB, I use to use Olay several years ago, but found something much better. Don't get me wrong, for as long as I can remember my grandmother always had a bottle of Olay on top of her drawer. What I'm using is Preve extreme anti aging by Isabella Pelle for the past 3 yrs. It's made specifically for fine lines/wrinkles. It has the highest concentration of "peptides" active ingredients to fight them. Also has the highest concentration of the best known moisturizer, hyaluronic acid. This has kept my skin baby smooth.Last month they came out with a more concentrated version of Preve called Cura. It's everything Preve except they concentrated it to extreme. I got it 2 weeks ago; it's excellent. What you need to do is decide which one is best for you. I recommend both. as far as an SPF factor, I always use a simple sunblock that you can get at any store. Why? Because nothing really beats regular sunblock, they are cheap and you can get it at any SPF factor. What I do is slather some on after I applied the Preve. So you get the maximum amount of moisturizer, and sunblock. I'm weary of an "all in one" product claiming to do multiple things in one shot. That sounds to be a little of snake oil to me.
