There is no best for skin care, or anything cosmetics-related.We don't all share the same skin, the same skin chemistry, or the same skin types and skin concerns. We also don't have the same skin sensitivities/allergies.For instance, the Cetaphil brand mentioned below only gets slightly above average reviews, just raving reviews. Some break out from it more so than with other brands as well. Due to the brand using chemical sunscreen, I would definitely break out from using Cetaphil. The best thing that you can do is to check out online review websites like http://www.makeupalley0o0com and http://www.totalbeauty0o0com and see what others are liking, try products out and return what doesn't work. All stores have return policies, so this will not be a problem.
Cetaphil facial moisturizing lotin is Great- i have the same skin type as you do and this is non-greasy and non-comodegenic as well as fragrance-free. it comes in spf 15- 50. Love it!Also, Neuttrogena makes a real nice cleansing gel that's oil free- it's new and is grapefruit-scented- it's a nice way to wake up your face in the a.m. or at night for something quick.I got my dr. to prescribe me RetinA for my blackheads and it's starting to work now. It takes 4-6 weeks to notice anything, but i use this 3 times a wk. at bedtime.

LeeAnn, I don't use none of the brands you stated. For me this is what works; Isabella Pelle
