Are there any cleansers or remedies or face washes you recommend?

Also, I think i'm starting to get pimples. D:

How often should you wash your face?

And is it okay to moisturize after you wash your face?

Proactive solution! You have to make sure you are exfoliating your skin. Meaning shedding the top layers to get rid of blackheads. If you dont have a lot of money St. Ives has a great face scrub for like $4 at any drugstore it works great! Good Luck. And yes use moisturizer. The best one to use if you get acne is Aveeno ultra calming again you can get it from the drugstore and it can be a bit more expensive but it was recommend to me by my dermatologists and it works great!
