Well, I don't really get any acne/pimples, just a few here and there… I don't watch what I eat for that sort of thing, just find a good face wash to use every night, and every morning rinse your face with cold water. I mean don't go rubbing your face with bacon grease or anything, but you know. Also, you can go to a spa and get a micro dermibration (or buy a kit from a spa), and that helps, not to mention, very refreshing (my mom got one a few days ago for Christmas!).
By the way, some face cleansers can make your skin red, irritated, and/or sensitive. You can go to websites (Netrogena, Clearasil, Clean & Clear, etc…) and get samples of their products, but make sure you get a variety. I use Clearasil Sensitive. It works very good (for me, it depends on your skin type… NOT color, many of the people I know think it depends on color but it doesn't). Also, just don't pick at your face when you get a pimple. Popping/picking them does not help the situation.
