Teenage skin care what to use?
hi im 14 years old and im a girl. I have sensative skin but my T-zone, especially the bridge of my nose, gets kinda shiny. i dont get spots that often but i like to keep my skin clean anyway and i find soap and water makes my nose even shinier and i really hate him. What facial scrubs can use in the morning to clean my face to make sure i dont get spots or anything. i would like you to recomend a nice, cheap, gentle scrub for teenagers with sensative skin like i have mentioned above. please help thanks

Nivea Three Step i've used it all through highschool!
1. Drink Water2. Sleep a lot (preferably on your back) because your skin cells rejuvenate while you sleep3. Have good hygiene (clean pillow case, clean hair before bed)4. Change your pillow case a lot5. Don't touch your face6. Stay clean7. Exercise (relieves stress) then wash your face after8. healthy diet9. drinking water with lemon is good10. Moisturize every day with oil free moisturizer (even if your skin is oily, you NEED to moisturize)11. Chose products for your skin type but don't only rely on products12. Don't use too many products13. Use a toner after washing your face14 Clay masks should be used at least weekly15. Buy a facial steamer and steam your face. Adding lemon to the water is best.16. Let your skin breathe by not wearing makeup every day and making sure you have NO makeup on when you go to bed17. Facial wipes may seem easy, but don't rely on them because they don't always get the job done18 EXFOLIATE!!!!!!! It clears the dead skin cells off your face and is EXTREMELY importantAS for the cleanser you asked about, Neutrogena is a nice cheap cleanser that works nicely. It fixes your skin slowly, not the immediate results, but it fixes it right. The best facial cleanser, however, is definitely Laneige. It's more expensive but it has little exfoliating beads in it and works wonders. As you can see, clear skin is not just about products. To get good skin you must do it from the inside out. Also, some nice handy tricks are:* Drink lots of green tea* A facial mask of all natural yogurt, oatmeal, and honey* Your conscience: You have to THINK that you wil have clear skin and believe you can do it. It doesn't seem important but really it is.
mark has a really good skincare line. Here's the routine I would try:- That's Deep Cleanser $8 (cleanse morning and night)- Go with the Grain Exfoliating Beads (mix into cleanser 2x week) $9- For See Things Clearly (EVERYONE needs one!), apply every morning after cleansing and/or using the hook-up treatment $16All of this will help shrink & clear your pores and clean them without overcleansing and creating pimples. This will also create an even complexion, reduce oil, and provide an SPF to prevent aging and skin problems. It'll take a day or two to see any results, but after that everything should heal very fast.Check out the website and look around: http://aangelette.mymarkstore0o0comFree Shipping w/$25 Orders!
