1. My skin has always been clear so I just wash it with Dove Beauty Soap every night. To be honest, I don't even look after my hair I dye it, straighten it, put a lot of hair product in it like Straightening Balm and Heat spray it every day. 2. I don't exercise as much as I should. I get off a couple of stops before my school so I have to walk but usually I drive. I do 100 sit ups each night so I can maintain a flat stomach but that's about all. I'm an average size not because I exercise, but because I work, go to school and do sailing which doesn't leave me a lot of time to eat which is REALLY bad! 3. I do sailing which takes up a lot of my time.

skin – ocassionally, for pimples i use face wash and moisturizer.hair – regular, shampoo, condition. brush it every day.exercise – swimming, tennis. I do soccer in the fall, swimming in the winter, and track & friend for the spring. I do tennis every week all year round, and the whole summer.

Other hair routines include spraying leave-in conditioner to help keep my hair strong with no split ends. Sometimes I'll straighten and curl my hair depending on the mood I'm in. I'll do a variety of different hairstyles, too. After shaving, I'll put lotion on my legs to keep them smooth.Exercise/Health Routine? – I rarely exercise (yet keep a thin, slender body). Usually in the Summer (but other times throughout the year depending on how busy I am), I'll take my dogs out for walks or go for a jog. I don't take any vitamins or anything.Do you do sports of any kind? – I use to play basketball, but have stopped because of the commitment it is in high school.
