After Ashley sees Malcolm at the hospital, Neil confides in her that Malcolm's presence bothers him.

Cane and Neil ask Malcolm to leave town, but Lily asks him to stay!

Patty talks to Paul about having a great 2010 with Jack, and how Dr. Peterson is the only doctor she can trust – later, she sees a newspaper article about their engagement and stabs Emily's photo!

Emily tells Paul that she will go to see Patty and break the news that she can't be her doctor any longer.

Victoria and Billy remember the details of their strange truce when she helped him on New Year's Eve.

JT meets up with Mac and urges her to let Billy become someone else's problem.

Billy asks Jack for a fresh start, but Jack says it's not that simple.
