SKINCARE PRODUCTS FOR DRY SKIN? THIS IS A RE-POST, JUST WANT MORE OPINIONS.?

I am 18 and have VERY DRY and VERY SENSATIVE skin. I was looking for a good skincare routine that will exfoliate my skin to remove the dead skin cells on my face and to soften it. What is a good skin care brand that will help my face? I was looking into things like Bliss, philosophy, Boscia etc. but im not to sure and never tired it. Any tips.

I also have minor fine lines on my forehead due to the dry skin and I feel i am way to young for that and want to solve this now, before it gets permanent when I'm older. Plus I have slight discoloration I think on my cheeks if thats what it is. The sides of my face are a bit darker, but its not drastically noticable only to me and my family of course.
