   Vaseline for sure, but, let this be a lesson dude, any problems you have regardless of how embarrassing they may be should be addressed with your physician. People hesitating to see the doctor oftentimes end up dead because of stuff they didn't get seen for. While your problem now is relatively superficial, albeit important (with no sex life), being embarrassed is silly. You know what your doctor has seen throughout his practice? His medical school? You think your torn willy is going to shock him? If it continues, go see your doctor.
