Undecided Question

My skin used to never be this sensitive and I never was one to use any special skin care. I've been noticing getting scars more easily now and along with rashes. Nothing has changed. I work at a pet place and I was taking a dog for a walk and the leash, he was pulling it, gave me a rug burn affect but it stayed there a for a freakin week and it's gone now and everything but I can still feel a rough spot there. I wash my blankets everyday and been sticking with the same laundry stuff forever now. and nothing has happened till now. I woke up with a rash on my arm. Last week I woke up with a rash again. What's going on? I am 19years old.
