   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters It sounds like you are probably having an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in the products. When I am only having a mild reaction, it takes several uses for me to notice – and dry, weird skin is one of the symptoms. The same goes for a friend of mine. We have both had success using the BeautiControl products, although I personally do better with the 20's+ skin care set, not as much so with the 30's+ and up. My friend can use any of them. Other than that, I can only recommend switching to products that you know don't irritate you, using only them for at least a week, and then slowly reintroducing each of the Estee Lauder products, using only one of them at a time and using each one for a week before switching to a different one, in order to figure out which product is causing the problem. Skin allergies can come on in wierd ways and sometimes without a previous history of problems.
