   Exfoliate, steam, apply fash wash, rinse, apply moisturizer. Exfoliate every two weeks, steam once a week, wash and moisturize daily.

   The exfoliating part depends on how your skin is. For instance, if your skin is sensitive, or acne prone don't exfoliate more than twice a week. You can do the rest any amount of times because everyone's face is prone to get bacteria so wash your face every night.
