Undecided Question

I had a little blackhead on my cheek close to my nose and wanted to squeeze it out about a week ago (gross, I know), Now I have a HUGE bump there. It looks like a zit, but I don't think it is. It's been there for over a week and appears bigger. I tried putting acne medication on it to dry it out, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm not sure what it is, but it's highly annoying. It is definitely too large to be a pimple, the skin around it is raised and looks inflamed.

Anyone know what this is? I'm embarrased to go out, I put a lot of foundation on it to cover it up, but it only helps a little bit. Also, how do I get rid of this thing? Like I said, it's been over a week and doesn't look like the swelling is going down. I'm very worried. It looks awful
