Skin care in your 30's?
Hey there
All throughout my 20's i've used a mild cleanser and an spf 15 everyday (Dove – as I have sensitive skin). It's been working great but now that I'm in my 30's I was wondering if I should change or do anything to my regime for preventative measures (fine lines etc).
I'm afraid if I go to the beauty counter at the department store they'll try to talk me into 100 dollars worth of stuff I don't need LOL

Since you're now in your thirties, your skin will probably require a little more moisture then it needed when you were in your twenties. Try using a gentle cleansing milk instead of soap. Unlike a soap, a cleansing milk is really gentle and doesn't wash away your skins natural oils, retaining the skins healthy Ph level. That's great that you use SPF! That's definitely essential when it comes to wrinkle and sun damage prevention. I would also suggest maybe adding a serum into your skin care routine. They contain a very high concentration of active ingredients that nourish your skin and provide it with essential nutrients. And if you aren't already, exfoliating and moisturizing with a moisturizer suited for you skin type is essential for great skin as you age. Source(s): I'm an Esthetician
Roxy, I'm 23, skincare for me mainly involves 2 products I've been using for the past 3 yrs. for the face: I recommend what I use; Preve extreme anti aging by Isabella Pelle. It's made specifically for fine lines/wrinkles. It has the highest concentration of "peptides" active ingredients to fight them. Also has the highest concentration of the best known moisturizer, hyaluronic acid. This has kept my skin baby smooth. Last month they came out with a more concentrated version of Preve called Cura. It's everything Preve except they concentrated it to extreme. I got it 2 weeks ago; it's excellent. What you need to do is decide which one is best for you. I recommend both. http://www.isabellapelle0o0com/antiagingcr…for the eyes I use their Extreme Eye Rescue. excellent reviews. and both do not cost $100. hope this helps.
