   Dove soap is good enough for you, it'll remove the oil and moisturise the dry bits. Don't go in for expensive face washes, yes, they are ''soap-free'' but that means they're ''harsh chemical-full'' xD

   If you smoke, Stop, and the circles might ease up a little. Also, do you has sinus problem? Or allergies? Are you getting 6-8 hours of sleep per night? Do you have any allergies to foods? If the answer is yes to a few of these then get some medication for the problem. Also, do you have large pores? you did not say? The T-Zone is above your eye brows, your nose, and your cheeks. Do your parents have dark circles? If so, it might be heredity? To answer your question. The cheapest solution I know of is, use white Dove Soap, and SPF 25 Moisturizer/Hydrator.    use mederma all over ur face or only on areas of discolouration… and use adapalene gel/ benzoyl peroxide on the oily parts Source(s): i have combo skin too
