   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters yes definetly. when i was 14 (2 years ago) i noticed that i had bad acne scars so my mom reccomended for me to try liquid foundation to hid them. you should try maybelline pure makeup foundation. you can get it at walmart for like $4.50.they have a wide range of shades to choose from also. good luck. that was the first foundation i ever used.

   no. powder, it doesn't cover welluse a one tone darker concealer first to cover the scars… then cover it up with foundation that is closest to ur skin tone and use a setting poweder that is a one tone lighter than the foundation to even out ur skin…buy costal scents productsthey're cheap and beauituful

   hmm well i would have to say that the best make up for covering things like that would be Bare minerals. But that can be costly. You can find just the concealer it at saphora for like 20

   use foundation then powder it works for meyou put the foundation on first then the powder.i hope i helped

   to cover scars, i suggest using a liquid or cream foundation.it will help even out the scars.

   yeah at 15 you really do not need to go all out with the makeup especially if you do not currently wear any, you should slowly work different things in as you get older. but for the scars i noticed that liquid foundation actually makes the scar stand out more so i would buy a concealer and put it on the scars then use a powder to cover your whole face. right now you should probably just wear the foundation, some eye shadow, and some lip gloss but that's all you would really need then you can work in eyeliner, mascara, etc. later when you feel more comfortable wearing makeup.
