   It's usually three times more difficult to remove them,than to put them in in the first place because of the scar tissue that forms around the implants.That's why the saline ones are getting popular,you can adjust the size like filling a water ballon.Usually people who chose implants have a poor opinion about their appearance in the first place,that's why there is usually a waiting period before the surgery.Most girls feel if their breasts are bigger,then they will be more attractive to men.That may be true;but what kind of men?Men pschologically like to see bigger breasts as this is seen as a sign of fertility.Such men can't contol their urge to mate and become violent when denied.They become obsesssed with the LOOK of beauty and forget that the girl has a need to be loved.It took me seven years of dating to find a girl who was willing to marry me for who I am;because so many were hung up on money or physical appearence.She-males who get surgery can't have children naturally,you can!!Be proud of the fact.Love is from the heart,not the eyeballs.The only reason you should have them removed is if they leak or rupture.Your health would be in jeapordy.    Before you make a decision, you're going to need a lot of information. Visit your surgeon's office and ask for a brochure about removing breast implants, do some research on the Internet via Google0o0com Advanced Search, and contact the manufacturer of your implants to see what they have to say. Everyone's situation is different — different sizes, different skin types, different ages. There are issues about breast feeding later on. I hope you'll be able to resolve this problem to your satisfaction!
