   it is always fun to do your hair a different color! i say go for it!yes the kind you can buy in a box and do yourself is very safe! i have done it many times, just make sure you follow the directions on the box and wear the protective gloves. it would be better if you could have someone else do it for you though, as i have found out it is hard to to the back part of your head and not get it on your skin when you cant see it. If it does get on your skin dont worry though! its not toxic, it just might dye it whatever shade the hair dye is for a day or two xDjust be careful with dying your hair red because that is the hardest color to keep in your hair. I recommend one of the more expensive brands you can find, the more expensive the better the quality, but dont worry if you cant afford the 15$ dollar one, i have dyes my hair before with a 6$ dollar one and it turned out fine =] i recommend Garnier Fructis brand, it is not too expensive and reliable. i also recommend buying some color stay shampoo specifically for red hair. good luck!!

   Well, if I was you I wouldn't because first, the color of your hair is already gorgeous.(same color as mine!) And dying your hair messes it up for life unless you want to go awhile with baddddd roots. But, if you want to, use the brand you had in the pics. (Loreal Paris) Good luck! Source(s): My opinion.

   I think dyeing your hair red would be cute. It is safe to do your hair yourself if you are able to ( i would get a friend to help so you don't miss spots) I personally wouldn't know what to recommend for Semi-permanent hair dye Source(s): me
