Seventeen and needing to put together a beauty routine…?
I'm 17 and have pretty dry skin. Some areas are a bit less dry and my nose is sometimes shiny, so it's combination but a lot more dry. I haven't (shock horror) started a beauty routine yet and thought it was about time. I'm aware of the whole cleanse, tone and moisturise (though apparently dry skin can skin toner?) but was wondering whether other things like anti-wrinkle creams and eye creams should be used too? Although I'm only 17, as my skin is dry I do have a couple of lines already. The best I've heard of are Aveeno, Clinique, Liz Earle and Simple. I'm leaning towards Clinique as everyone says it is good, but worried about the price. Would using a Clinique moisturiser with a cheaper brand cleanser be ok, with a slightly more expensive anti-wrinkle cream?

All of my favorite skin care products thus far have been "drug store" brands. High price does not indicate quality!Because of your dry skin you can probably skip toner. I actually have oily skin and it made my complexion worse, so I no longer use toner.I'm 20, so the products I use shouldn't bee too rich for your skin. This is my personal routine:*Wash (Clean&Clear Makeup Dissolving foam), exfoliate once a week*Face cream (Boots No 7 Protect & Perfect Intense for night, Noah's Naturals eye cream for day) around problem areas*Moisturize (Olay Complete for normal skin)*Makeup, if I feel like itIf you want more options, I recommend visiting MakeupGeek or Makeup Alley, or googling reviews on the products that you're interested in.
girl if only knew just because people say this is good or better why should u have to pay the most expensive price for something you could get at walmart be smart and do your own research. look up good skin care products and look for drugstore brand compare their is a lot of videos on youtube about skin products start there… Source(s): mine
