   well if I were you I would go with two different shades of light brown and medium brown highlights, you can do this yourself if you want, but it would be best to go to a salon or have someone help you. Don't do big highlights just start doing small highlights.    For your hair, i would try going for brown. Also if you want, you could get a perm too cuz that would look good. For your skin tone, use a bronzer, or use make-up thats a little dark. hopefully that helps!! >.<
