Self harm problem needs help now please??????????

I'm 14 i self harm ,cut ,dig pins and anything available in to my skin til i bleed.I started doing it at school too nobody notices or cares.I told my mom she told me to try not to, big help.Please help me.I tried to tell my friend but she doesn't want to know and now we don't speak, which makes me cut even more.
