Undecided Question

RE: Competing in a juniors beauty pageant- i need advice?

My middle school is having its first beauty pageant. I'm in 8th grade. I want to do it. I have never been in a beauty pageant. At lunch my teacher came up to me with a sign-up sheet and was like,"hey you need to do this." So I am. I am very nervous. I'm not arrogant or conceited, I'm just going to give you the facts. I am a cheerleader/tennis player. I am tall; 5'7''. I have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and tan skin. No i am not a mexican ^-^ I think I am veryy beautiful. The teacher won't tell me who else is going to do it. All I know is, lots of 6th and 7th graders are competing, and 2 eighth graders. I'm going to wear a beautiful yellow dress, because i look good in yellow. :] I want my hair big and great. There is no talent part or anything like that.
What am i going to expect?
