Question about men's skincare?

So I am not overly crazy about a routine for my skin. There are companies that say men need to cleanse, tone, moisturize, and also exfoliate. That doesn't even include shaving. How do people have time for this. BUT, I do want to take care of my skin. So I figured I would pick one of the most important steps of a skin routine and buy a nice product for it. I picked moisturizing. I and fine with my shaving stuff already. I have very clear skin and am fine cleaning it with cheap wash or something. But I have acquired 2 face lotions and want to know which is best. 1. Clinique for men m-gel lotion, or 2.Burts Bees men's aftershave mositurizer. The burts bees one is actually cheaper, and all natural. But they both seem to feel great and do a good job. which one should I use?
